Professional Learning
In April 2022, the California Department of Education (CDE) released the Standardized Account Code Structure (SACS) Web application. All transitional kindergarten through grade 12 local educational agencies (LEAs) in California must use this application for the preparation and submission of required financial reports during budget, interim and unaudited actuals reporting periods.
Before, during and after the release of the software, the CDE partnered with FCMAT to conduct statewide training on the new reporting software. This collaboration included developing training materials and recording training sessions. The materials presented on this website represent the joint efforts of the CDE, FCMAT and county offices of education in these training initiatives.
